OUR CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
At Design Philosophy, we are happy to offer you a Refund or Exchange on FULL PRICED ITEMS for change of mind based on the conditions outlined below.

The following change of mind timeframes apply:

In store purchases: 
EXCHANGES within 7 days from date of purchase for FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY 
Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;
The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Sales items & Bathers will not be exchanged or refunded.

Online purchases:
Refund or Exchange within 10 days from date of purchase for FULL PRICED items.
Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise
The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact
Sale items and swimwear will not be exchanged or refunded.


EXCHANGES
The returned goods will be processed upon receipt and the replacement pair will be sent out ASAP subject to availability. Please allow 3-7 business days ( International shipping will vary depending on area ) from the day of the return to receive your new item(s).

Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made by post, by completing our Returns & Exchange form along with a self addressed pre-paid satchel.

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

Once have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.   

If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

Design Philosophy is not liable for the damage, breakage or loss of an item during shipping period. We recommend that you return it using registered mail.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs back to you.   

Design Philosophy takes no responsibility for inappropriate use of goods other than that for which the goods are designed and intended for.

SYDNEY & METROPOLITAN AREAS
Complete our Return & Exchange Form and enclose within your PRE-PAID, self addressed satchel, along with a copy of your Order Confirmation Email or Printed Tax Invoice. Simply place the items back into the bag it was delivered to you in.

INTERNATIONAL AREAS
International orders will be processed as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
