The use of this website is subject to these terms and conditions set out below. These terms and conditions apply to and form part of all online purchases from Design Philosophy for the purchase of goods, so please take care when placing your order.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. 1. ORDERS
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Design Philosophy reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason whatsoever.
1.2 We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
1.3 We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
1.4 Please ensure that all information entered on our website is correct and accurate. We cannot make any changes or change the delivery address once you have placed your order.

1.6 Once you place your order, your credit card will automatically be debited and you will receive an order confirmation. In the event that an item you have requested is not available, we will notify you and we will refund your credit card for the full amount within three working days.
2. PRICE OF GOODS
2.1 All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
2.2 Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
2.3 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
2.4 We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
3. PRODUCTS
3.1 Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
3.2 We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
3.3 All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
3.4 We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 Payment can be made using Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. The total cost of the amount debited to you card will be the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus any applicable shipping fee.
5. CREDIT CARD SECURITY
5.1 Wanted Shoes uses an electronic payment gateway called eWAY. eWAY is an online credit card processor that uses technology to ensure that transaction details are protected and cannot be read over the Internet. Your full credit card details are received and processed only by eWAY.
5.2 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
5.3 You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
6.1 Please complete our Returns/exchange form if you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, subject to availability.
6.2 For an exchange we will simply exchange the goods without processing your card again.
6.3 A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our returns policy.
6.4 Postage will be at your cost for your replacement upon exchange. Please include a self-addressed postage satchel with your return items.
6.5 If you wish to return and/or exchange your purchase, you may do so provided the goods are in its original condition, in its original box and proof of purchase is provided no later than 10 days from the original purchase date.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
7.1 We deliver to any Australian address & international destinations.

7.3 We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days of receipt, provided we have received authorisation of payment.

9. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

9.2 You are prohibited from transmitting, broadcasting, editing, adapting, or making use of any intellectual property, Trade Marks or logos owned and found on the Design Philosophy website without the expressed permission of Design Philosophy.
9.3 As a result of browsing the Design Philosophy website, where content is downloaded, printed or viewed, such content is permissible for private, non-commercial use for the sole purpose of evaluating goods, making and purchase of goods, or promoting the sale of goods to others.
10 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1 Design Philosophy reserves the right to make changes and amendments to these Terms and Conditions on an ongoing, ad- hoc basis as needed and as legally/ethically required, and at any other time it deems fit or necessary. You will be notified of such changes as they happen by a news bulletin posted on our website. By further visiting or purchasing goods from our website, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions including any changes made.
10.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia and any other courts that which may hear appeals from those courts.

11.1 Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our website contents, customers, visitors, and any other person or persons are advised that occasionally errors do occur, however, no errors are ever made deliberately or intentionally.
11.2 Admissions of varying kinds, incorrect pricing and other factual mistakes may arise from time to time. Design Philosophy accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial loss or any other resulting factor that may arise.
11.3 The Trade Practices Act and other State and Territory legislation in Australia may confer rights and remedies on you in relation to the provision by us of goods on the website, which cannot be excluded, modified or restricted. We do not exclude these rights but do exclude all other conditions and warranties implied by custom, law or statute.
