Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied so if something is just not right, we’re happy to return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days. In case of an exchange, the returned goods will be processed upon receipt and the replacement pair will be sent out ASAP subject to availability. 

1.  Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned upon presentation of the original invoice of order receipt. 

2.  Returns or exchanges of online purchases may be made by post, by completing or Returns & Exchange form along with a self addressed pre-paid satchel.

3.  Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the

original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase).

4.  We will accept returns of bathers, under these conditions, as long as they are unworn. Bathers must be tried on wearing full briefs and returns will only be accepted in instances where the hygiene stickers and all tags are intact. All bathers will be assessed prior to any returns being processed.

5.  Sale items are subject to the same returns policy.

6.  Once have requested a refund for your online order, we will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

7.  If you would like to exchange an item, please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer by filling out the Returns & Exchange form appropriately. The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.

8.  As Design Philosophy is not liable for the damage, breakage or loss of an item during shipping period. We recommend that you return it using registered mail.

9.  If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs.    

10. Design Philosophy takes no responsibility for inappropriate use of goods other than that for which the goods are intended for.

SYDNEY & METROPOLITAN AREAS

Complete our Return & Exchange Form and enclose within your PRE-PAID, self addressed satchel, along with a copy of your Order Confirmation Email or Printed Tax Invoice

Simply place the items back into the bag it was delivered to you in.

Write the below address on the parcel before taking to the post office or placing in the post box and you will not be charged

International orders will be processed as per our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

EXCHANGES

The returned goods will be processed upon receipt and the replacement pair will be sent out ASAP subject to availability. Please allow 3-7 business days ( International shipping will vary depending on area ) from the day of the return to receive your new item(s).

RETURNS

The returned goods will be processed upon receipt and return payment will be processed ASAP.  Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
